Lee Friedlander
"Lee Friedlander (born 1934 in Aberdeen, Washington) is an influential American
photographer and artist.
Friedlander's early work is known for his self-exploration evidenced in his self-
portraits and for his cultural statements, such as can be seen in his
photographs of the influence of television."
I love the way that Friedlander uses different ideas behind his self-portraits like using shadows of himself other than just the typical head or body-shot. His workk influences me to look at atypical ideas when holding the camera in front of myself.
