This guy makes art from hammering tons and tons of nails into this wood at different deoths to creat the values. Here's he's recreating a drawing of someone we all know! This is ASTOUNDING...

Takes some serious patience I know i dont personally have to ever even think about starting a project like this... but once again, we all underestimate the ability to make art out of anything, not just our super expensive materials we buy at the art supply store...

Cartoons Drawn By Various Artists
Stumbled upon this bunch of pictures of pictures by various artists interpreting various new and old cartoon characters and groups. Pretty cool. You should look at the link so you can look at all of them but here's a couple I enjoyed a lot.
Pretty interesting to see a universally known character that you associate with certain facial expressions and such and then to see it completely re-done by an artist with completely different talents and visions...

Land Art
The Article is actually in French I believe so I cant exactly tell you what all of this is about but from what I gather, it was well worth sharing. These people are making art from the land. who would've thought? I don't think people, even myself, really think about the fact that you can pretty much make art about anything. we always just complain about our expensive materials instead of just embracing whats around us already.

Another Awesome Artist...
Found another person today who is creating amazing art under the limelight. these people should be noticed.. :) anyway, he makes those Rorschach painting things with colorful paints and then sees something in them and draws that over it, with the preexisting mirrored colors to create a beautiful image with very interesting compositions. His name is Filipe dos Santos.

I've Been Down So Long
I've been down so long, that the end must be drawing near...
been editing for a while and looking at flickr while listening to some beautiful songs... I'm motivated. I'm in that creative zone... Love It.
Could You Imagine It Again For A Second?
During the Halloween spirit I caught myself looking down at all the little kids, in their little tiny costumes, dressed as a superhero or a bunny. frankenstein or a lego made of a cardboard box and styrofoam cups. They were all cute, they were all happy and they were all getting what they wanted; CANDY. But I was looking down on this world. Do you remember how that felt? I don't. Only that everything seemed bigger. Everything seemed more monsterous. So here's my quick series from THEIR point of view, the one we cannot remember too well, the one that was better and more amazing than looking down on all the tiny things... Which is a better view for you?
